    Product characteristics

    •   Modularized non-weld structure

      Improper welding can change the properties of the crushed material, affect crusher’s service life, cause additional maintenance work and delay the production. New crushers use front and rear lever, individual aprons, integrated bearing seat and bolt connection. This makes the transportation of it more convenient.

    •   Simple and easy installation

      The crushing machine with optimal design has better stability. It uses damping cushion and retaining block to short the installation time, without the need for pre-fabricated ground bolts or built-in bolt holes.

    •   Integrated installation

      It is fitted with an ex-factory motor support, with the motor and the machine in one body, reducing installation space and the length of the V belt. The motor and the crusher move in synchrony thus increasing the life span of the V belt.

    •   Finite element analysis

      The crushing machine was designed with professional machine design software. From components modeling to mechanism analysis, and from kinetics analysis to finite element analysis, the whole process of design is controlled effectively.

    •   Optimum crushing chamber

      The crushing chamber with optimal design, coupled with the rational strokes, increases production capacity. All materials, whether it is cobbles, mining stones or minerals, have toothed plate to match them.

    •   Easy adjustment and easy automation

      The new type crusher uses wedge block as adjustment. Mechanic adjustment enables simple operation whether in operation or during shutdown. When it is changed to hydraulic mode, automatic control can be realized without the need to increase or decrease the heavy block or to manually tighten or loose the spring nut. Only a touch of the button can start the adjustment as well as tightening of the moving jaw.

    •   Fittings selection

      A variety of parts are available for PEV series crushers, including feed hopper, flywheel protective hood, automatic lubrication system and low pressure adjusting system. These parts can considerably increase its operating efficiency and lower production costs.

    •   Optimum mechanism

      Mechanism analysis is used to optimize the moving jaw stroke, which is larger than that of ordinary machine and realizes higher capacity and productivity.

    •   Production and processing

      PEV series crushing machines use quality alloy cast steel and hot-rolled steel plate thus ensuring its service life and stability.

    •   Ultra-large bearing

      The model uses four bearings with identical sizes and is larger than other models of the same specification. It has longer useful life and shorter time needed to repair the moving jaw assembly, prolonging the circle of bearing replacement.

    •   Hydraulic adjustment system at the discharge outlet (optional)

      Every type of crusher can be provided with a hydraulic adjustment system. The combination of the energy accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder can automatically adjust the discharge outlet and tighten the moving jaw. The safe and reliable hydraulic system reduces preliminary work before start-up, improving productivity and ensuring safety.

      PEV series jaw type crushers can be installed in a moving crushing station. Whether it is track type or wheel type, it can be mounted in a variety of manners. PEV series jaw type crusher has many toothed plate for various purposes to meet the crushing needs under different conditions.



    PYY series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are suitable for medium and large sized sand and mineral processing enterprise. They are used for crushing class 2, 3, or 4 mineral, rock and bedrock material. When it crushes materials, the crushing wall and rolling wall are driven by the deflection sleeve to complete the process. Material enters the crushing chamber through the upper hopper and is discharged after crushing and collected by another hopper. This series is characterized by high capacity, low cost, delicate structure, easy operation, less maintenance, broad application and high efficiency.


    1. Broad application. It can crush relatively harder rock. The main engine can have chambers of various shapes by changing the liner plate, so it can be used in many situations. Medium crushing type has stable and large hopper and can be used for class 2 crushing (even coarse particles).

    2. Products have good shape. The optimized crushing frequency, eccentricity and laminated crushing make the crushed material at the hopper maintain good shapes.

    3. The production cost is lower. Optimal design of liner plate reduces unit steel consumption. Laminated crushing and discharge of material increases operating efficiency.

    4. Maintenance is simple. Button control can use hydraulic pressure to realize stepless adjustment of the hopper. It can be carried out during the production to make operation simple. After fine finishing, the wear part needs not to be packed in assembly.

    1. Scientific design and advanced oil circulating lubrication system

    Oil lubricates the core rotating part making lubrication thorough.

      Scientific cooling system ensures normal operation in constant temperature and maintains the best conditions at which the core parts are running thus prolonging its service life.

      Scientific heating system ensures the equipment can reach normal working temperature in a low temperature environment.

      Scientific protecting mechanism can monitor the service data such as oil temperature and oil pressure in real time.

      2. Advanced working principle and high productivity (stone-on-stone principle)

    Since stones collide with each other, it does not contact the inner liner, thus reducing wear and maintenance work.

      Stone-on-stone working principle ensures large yield of fine aggregates.

      The working principle ensures good shaping. The aggregates are cubes with little sharp products.

      3. Scientific design and automatic overflow

      Scientific overflow design ensures normal operation of motors with stable loads.

      Automatic overflow design increases the handling capacity.



    1. It has large crushing ratio, simple and rational structure, steady operation, simple maintenance, fast replacement and high crushing efficiency, and can be widely used in industries such as building materials, ore dressing, chemistry and electricity for crushing material with medium hardness and rigidity.

    2. The optimum crushing chamber has large capacity and accommodates material size. The liners and special rotors combine to increase the productivity under various conditions of application.

    3. The liner plate and the reaction plate on rotors and vulnerable parts in the chamber are all made of steel products with high content of manganese and chrome, which enhances the durability of wearing parts (hammer, aprons etc.) and the reliability of the mechanic components (main shaft, bearings).

    4. Easy maintenance. It can be provided with a hydraulic covering to facilitate replacement of wearing parts.




    1. The frame, corridor and protective rails with optimal design are simple in structure and highly durable. The special bolt securing design makes it easy to dissemble, assemble and transport it.

      2. The sifting bed is connected all by bolts to avoid welding stress. The cross beam is designed by finite element analysis and can reduce the whole load while ensuring its strength.

      3. Simple type or seat type eccentric vibration exciter is used to achieve advanced structure and strong excitation force. Two seat type exciters are added to the rotor bearing responsible for adjusting the core to lengthen the operating life. Special eccentric belt pulley prevents the V belt from jolting with the sifting bed.

      4. The electric circuit is inverter brake or power brake connected. The vibrating sieve can turn off the machine safely and steadily, letting the sieve bed skip the sympathetic vibration area quickly and increases its service life.



    ZAW series vibration feeding machine consists of the trough, the exciter, the spring support and the transmission gear. The vibration feeding is actuated by the exciter, which is made of two eccentric shaft (main shaft and auxiliary shaft) and gear par. The motor drives the main shaft whose gear engages with the auxiliary shaft to produce rotation. The main shaft and auxiliary shaft rotate inversely. The trough vibrates to make material flow constantly and enables uniform feeding and coarse grade sieving.



    The machine has stable vibration, reliable operation and long service life. It can adjust the excitation force and change and control its current at any time. The adjustment is convenient and stable. Vibration feeding machine uses inertial exciter to produce driving force with low noise, low power consumption, good regulation without stamping. It is simple, reliable, and easy to install and maintain.
